Each heat is final

There will be medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, with prizes available for 4th, 5th, and 6th places (All participants will receive a reward after every event participated.

Time-Based Heats

Each participant will be placed respectively with other participants having similar time, increasing the chances of getting a podium placement.

*Participants not submitting a time will be enrolled into the fastest heat to ensure fairness*

All-Inclusive Games

There will be games and telematches throughout the event. All participants will be automatically enrolled in telematches (treasure hunt, water battle, etc)

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 4 years and above and must submit a completed registration form prior to the event.

Event Selection

Each participant may select a maximum of 3 events to compete in. Once registered, no additional events can be added.

Entry Fee & No Refund Policy

Each All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Please note that all entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, or event cancellation.

Event Schedule

Participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of their first event. The event schedule is final, and no changes will be made after registration.

Health & Safety

Participants must be in good health and physically capable of competing in their selected events. A medical release form may be required.

Conduct & Behaviour

All participants must follow the event rules and exhibit sportsmanship at all times. Any unsportsmanlike behaviour, such as inappropriate language or actions, will result in disqualification.

Liability Waiver

By registering, participants agree to hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability or injury sustained during the competition.

Awards & Prizes

Every swimmer’s heat is treated as a final , ensuring that all participants are recognized for their efforts. Awards will be given to the top [1st, 2nd, and 3rd] place finishers in each event. Additionally, every participant will receive a prize for competing, ensuring no one leaves empty-handed.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, no refunds will be issued. Participants should ensure they can attend the event before registering.

Photography & Media

By registering, participants consent to having their image and/or video footage taken during the event for promotional purposes.
